WEC is one of the largest engineering and fabrication companies in the UK. Established for over 40 years, it services a broad range of industries such as Nuclear, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defence, Rail and Marine.

It offers our Themis Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Apprentices the opportunity to work alongside experienced, expert staff in state-of-the-art facilities, helping them bring their training and theory to life.

WEC is committed to its Apprentices’ training and development, with their dedicated WEC Group Training Academy, one of only a few such academies across the UK certified by TWI (The Welding Institute).

Themis Apprenticeships are at the forefront of Industry. We provide the most relevant Apprenticeships for both our Apprentices and our Industry partners, developing inspired and determined Themis Apprentices who display exceptional skills and knowledge.
