How to Apply

Our friendly and knowledgeable advisors are always on hand to offer you individual support and guidance to ensure you’re on the best possible route to success and making your dreams come true.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

School Leaver

  • A Levels
  • Vocational Courses
  • T Levels
  • Apprenticeships

Simply search for the course(s) you are interested in.  If you are interested in more than one course, add these to your shortlist and then select ‘Apply Now’. 

You will then be directed to our applications portal where you need to create a user account if you don’t already have one and then complete the form.

If there are no current vacancies which are suitable and you have been unable to secure your own Apprenticeship, Themis will work with you on an individual basis to place you in front of suitable employers.

Simply search for the Apprenticeship you are interested in and then select ‘Apply Now’. You will then be directed to our applications portal where you need to create a user account if you don’t already have one and then complete the form.

Once you’ve applied, you will be contacted by the Themis Team to help you take that the first step onto the career ladder and be invited in for interview.

FULL-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMMES (Applying for Entry 2021)

Applying Through Clearing

If you have not submitted your application to study on a degree-level course at Burnley College University Courses by 12 April, you should apply to us directly using the application form below. This form should then be submitted to he.support@burnley.ac.uk

Clearing is the process used by universities to fill remaining places they may have on their degree-level courses which are due to start in the autumn. It is often used by College and Sixth Form students when they make a final decision on their progression route after receiving their A Level  or Advanced Vocational results and is also open to those returning to education who choose to apply for a place at university later in the academic year (outside the normal application dates).

FULL-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMMES (Applying for Entry 2022)

Applications for all full-time degree programmes at Burnley College University Courses must be submitted via UCAS.

UCAS will forward your application to us here at Burnley College University Courses and we will be in touch with you directly to process your application. It may take 2-4 weeks between submitting your application and hearing from us – do not worry, you can track your application status via your UCAS account.

PART-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMMES

Applications for all part-time degree programmes at Burnley College University Courses should be completed using the form below. This form should then be submitted to he.support@burnley.ac.uk
