Duties/main responsibilties include:

Working alongside the Accounts manager you will be supporting them with:

• Processing Supplier invoices to Dext
• Managing the Admin inbox
• Processing hotel bookings
• Dealing with Pod’s and price queries
• Calling suppliers for copy statements/invoices
• Statement reconciliation
• Ensuring invoices are posted to the correct nominal code
• Ensuring that goods have been received as per the invoice
• Ensuring that invoices have been authorised
• Handling staff expense claim forms
• Maintain the accuracy of supplier details
• Supporting the payment runs
• Corresponding with internal and external finance teams
