Louise Barnes is a mother of four from Nelson, whose oldest children have themselves recently received their GCSE results. She’s been studying a Foundation Entry Degree in Counselling and Psychology at Burnley College University Courses  – but needed GCSE Biology to progress in her dream career as a midwife and chose Adult Learning at Burnley College.
