Painting the town Claret – Burnley College and Turf Moor team up for day of celebration and success

Two giants of Burnley have been celebrating their successful partnership after creating a day to remember for fans at Turf Moor.

The College Clarets takeover saw a whole host of exciting activities staged by students and staff from Burnley College as they beat Wolves 1-0.

There were interactive activities throughout the day and every corner of the stadium was awash with College Clarets scarves and activities showing off the very best that Burnley College has to offer, from creative projects to breath taking performances.

Fans could pitch their gaming skills against the College’s highly-skilled Esports Academy team, which is already partnered with the official Burnley FC Esports team.

A Level English Literature students also created a poem to mark the collaboration between the College and Burnley FC.
