About the course
This is a short, flexible programme which provides an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the middle manager. The programme is designed for practising middle managers helping them to develop their skills and experience improve performance including facilitating innovation and change. The programme consists of tutor led workshops involving a range of individual and group activities. The award requires you to achieve 6-12 credits and units are flexible - they could include: Becoming an Effective Leader Developing and Leading Teams to Achieve Organisational Goals and Objectives Making Professional Presentations Managing Individual Development.
