We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Lecturer in Business, Leadership and Management to work and teach within our Business and Professional Services team, as we continue in a period of exciting innovation and sustained growth.

Our growing team is responsible for delivering industry-led skills and knowledge in business and management. The successful post holder will work alongside a team of innovative specialists to equip the employees and managers of the future with the skills and knowledge they need. The team also work with local employers to understand their requirements for the future of their varied businesses, making our courses and programmes relevant and contemporary.

We are looking for individuals who are skilled in and passionate about business and management; understanding their potential to develop and empower the successful business owners of the future, as well as the importance of the role of education for our local young people and wider communities.

With a Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline, you will be able to demonstrate your successful experience in the field, or your experience of successful teaching relevant to your specialism. Ideally you will have a recognised teaching qualification, though support to complete it is also available.

As well as teaching up to 832 hours per year (pro rata), your responsibilities will include contributing to divisional and College teams including sharing best practice and being involved in developing the curriculum. You will also take an active part in the marketing operations of the College including the recruitment and admission of students to the division.

The salary for this post is up to £38,147.
