We are currently recruiting for a Trainer/Assessor in Electrical Installation to develop training and monitor/evaluate the progress of learners within the Construction Division. The individual will prepare assessment plans and carry out regular assessment of learners in the workplace.

With an appropriate Level 3 qualification in a craft specified occupational area, you will have experience of training and/or supervising learners and of liaising effectively with employers.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating individual learning plans to ensure the timely achievement of qualifications as required by awarding bodies and the SFA, as well as delivering underpinning knowledge/training sessions to learners in the workplace.

The salary for this post is up to £38,970.
