Burnley College invites you to participate in the Pendleside Hospice Charity Abseil, a thrilling event designed to raise vital funds as part of our Pendleside Corporate Challenge.

• Time: 9am – 5pm

Join the Challenge

We’re offering 50 exclusive places for Burnley College staff and progressing students to abseil down D wing into the Courtyard.

Do you have what it takes to make the leap? Here’s what you need to know to secure your place:

• Each participant must raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship

• Submit payment and all required forms during the payment window from 1-19 September 2025

On the Day

Even if you’re not taking part in the challenge, join us for a fun-filled afternoon, including:

• Bake sale filled with delicious treats.

• Raffle with exciting prizes to be won.

• Plenty of opportunities to support Pendleside Hospice while cheering on the participants.

How to Register

Registering your interest is easy. Just complete the quick online form by providing your details. Your place is not confirmed until you have paid your minimum £50 sponsor and returned the completed wavers.

If you’re a student, please confirm your Student ID number and tick whether you’re returning to study in September 2025 – only progressing students can participate.
