Apprenticeships - Four Steps To Apply Now

Determined, focused, highly-skilled – as an Apprentice you will stand head and shoulders above the rest.

1. Get In Touch

There are three ways to start your apprenticeship with Themis.

Found a vacancy you love? Browse our live vacancies page and click ‘Apply Now’ to get started right away.

If you’ve already found an Employer who is able to offer you an Apprenticeship, fill in our enquiry form and the Themis team will contact you about your next steps.

Not sure where to start? If there are currently no suitable vacancies and you have been unable to secure your own Apprenticeship, the Themis team can support you on an individual basis as you continue your search.

The team can also discuss other options with you and draw up a personalised action plan to help guide you to your ideal Apprenticeship.

Contact us: [email protected] | 01282 733005

Once you have applied for an Apprenticeship vacancy or contacted the Themis team for support, you will be sent a link to upload an up-to-date CV and your predicted GCSE grades.

To make the most of your interview, come prepared to:

This is your chance to make a lasting impression. If you have not already done so, now is the time to reach out to employers you are interested in working with. The Themis team will also submit your details to relevant employers for consideration for any live vacancies.

Meeting employers gives them the opportunity for them to learn more about you, your skills and your ambitions for your future.

To help you prepare, you may be invited to attend a Themis Toolkit Workshop*.

On being offered an Apprenticeship with your ideal employer or starting a full-time course with us, the Themis team will be on hand to offer advice and guidance on adapting to the world of work and making a successful start to your career.

Congratulations! You’re now an apprentice and one of the UK’s future industry leaders.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. If there are no suitable vacancies currently available, the Themis team can support you on an individual basis, help you search for opportunities and draw up an action plan tailored to your goals.

School leavers are required to attend an interview with a Themis industry expert or a member of the recruitment team before progressing. Adults aged 19 and over do not need to attend an interview at this stage — the Themis team will instead contact you to check your eligibility and explain your next steps.
