Government funding boost for Apprentice recruitment

The Government has established a raft of measures designed to kickstart the economy post-Covid-19 in 2022 – including a substantial cash incentive for Apprentice recruitment.

Plus, they can ensure you are ready to take advantage of the Government’s incentive scheme – available for Apprentices starting in employment up to 31 January 2022 – which offers:

  • A £3,000 payment for new Apprentices of any age recruited between who have an employment start date of 1 October 2021 to 31 January 2022. These Apprentices must also have an Apprenticeship start date of 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022
  • An additional £1,000 for the recruitment of a new Apprentice aged 16-18 or those aged under 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan.
