About the course
ILM - Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is a module based programme over a 1 year period. This is a calendar year and not an acadmic year so represents a 12 month period in learning. The units are completed one at a time and move in a logical sequence. Your expertise will build over time and you will discover leadership and management concepts, models and frameworks that support your development.

You will need to be in a leadership, management or team leading role.
Assessment
You will be assessed on each unit/module either through assignments, reports, presentations or other forms of assessment appropriate to the unit. It is important this is varied to enhance your skills. You will be fully aware of the criteria for each unit and you can utilise the the information from staff at any time through our platform.
Careers & Progression
This is a professional qualification endorsed by ILM. Your company may wish for you to complete to be able to progress internally or you may wish to complete to enhance your chances of promotion. This course is extremely useful to provide managerial/leadership concepts which enhance career opportunities. Whilst this is not guarantee of starting in a career immediately it provides the necessary stepping stone to launch your career. You may progress onto an apprenticeship or Level 5 Diploma.
Information About Fees
This course is currently set at £1,987. This is payable by employers for their staff or by learners themselves. There is currently no funding for this course (August 2023). These fees can be paid by obtaining a promise to pay letter from employers where an invoice can be generated, or you can pay installments (agreed at your enrolment)
