Entry Requirements

Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of equipment and tools commonly used in their industry. The course is designed for individuals working in roles such as Maintenance and Operations Managers, Toolroom Supervisors, Technicians, and Engineers who are directly involved in or responsible for tool management.

Day 1: Introduction to Haimer Equipment and Tool Management Overview of Haimer Equipment Importance of Efficient Tool Management Basics of Inventory Management Day 2: Tool Identification and Categorization Identification of Common Tools Categorization based on Usage Best Practices for Tool Organisation Day 3: Tool Maintenance and Calibration The Significance of Tool Maintenance Calibration Procedures Group Workshop: Tool Maintenance Day 4: Inventory Control and Documentation Inventory Control Strategies Implementing Tracking Systems

Assessment

Assessment will focus on continuous feedback provided by the tutor throughout the course. Participants will actively engage in group activities, hands-on workshops, and practical exercises, receiving constructive guidance to enhance their understanding of tool management concepts. There is no final assessment for the course.
