About the course
DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control This workshop on project management will help identify, implement, monitor and make decisions based on the results. Focussed on Six Sigma methodology the workshop takes the candidates through the whole process of an Improvement Project and allow them to implement a work based project adopting the DMAIC process.
