About the course

This is a great introduction to accountancy and the suite of AAT qualifications. AAT stands for the Association of Accounting Technicians which are professional qualifications for roles in accountancy which will give you the skills, understanding and experience to work in roles in this sector. During this course you will learn about bookkeeping including income and expenditure as well as the role, benefits and risks associated with bookkeeping software. We offer the full suite of AAT qualifications so we can support you at every stage of your AAT learning. If you don't currently have a Math's GCSE you can complete this or functional skills alongside AAT Level 1 in bookkeeping.

Entry Requirements

You would need to complete Math's GCSE or functional skills level two alongside this course if you currently don't have this qualification.

Assessment

An online exam in college.

Careers & Progression

AAT qualifications lead to roles in accountancy and this course will lead to AAT level 2.
