About the course

In this activity focused and research driven course, we will focus on developing management skills, commercial awareness, working collaboratively both internally and externally. Based on the latest thinking, it will create a toolbox suitable for middle management. Focusing on contextual leadership rather than a traditional process-based approach. The sessions will consist of looking into real life cases which will be linked to contemporary theory, then discussed in context to workplace situations. With a mixture of design thinking, problem solving over the 3 sessions you will cover structured approaches that utilize key leadership and management theories in achieving team success.
