About the course
This Apprenticeship is designed for individuals specialising in Digital Marketing, where they will be responsible for defining, designing, building and implementing digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention. A Digital Marketer will typically be working as part of a team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer will work to marketing briefs and instructions. This Standard is made up of 3 Knowledge Modules: Module 1: Principles of Coding Module 2: Marketing Principles Module 3: Digital Marketing Business Principle Vendor Qualification - Google Analytics IQ Apprentices will work as an employee in one of our partner businesses four days a week and attend day-release at the College with industry-specialist tutors for the other day. These will be a blend of practical skill building and engaging lectures, including from industry experts and course alumni. At the end of the 12-15months of study, Apprentices will go through End Point Assessment where they will be assessed on the following: - Synoptic Project - four-day live brief - Summative Portfolio - showcasing their best evidence - Interview with Independent Assessor - to discuss the Project and Portfolio Recent trips have been to UK Fast, EKM, AMS Neve, Plus 24 Marketing and a range of marketing expos.

Assessment
This Apprenticeship is End Point assessed, which means that the on-programme learning is formatively supported and collated but final assessment decisions are made independently by an externally-appointed expert in the field. The End Point Assessment is available after 12 months of being on programme (at a minimum) and focuses on: Synoptic Project - four-day live brief Summative Portfolio - showcasing their best evidence Interview with Independent Assessor - to discuss the Project and Portfolio
