About the course
Learn beginner's level sewing craft to kickstart your new hobby in textiles and fashion. Our 10-week Introduction to Sewing Class is perfect for anyone new to sewing or looking to refresh their skills! From threading a machine to creating textile outcomes, we'll cover the basics so you can grow your confidence in basic sewing skills, hand-sewing techniques, operating a sewing machine, exploring techniques, and making creative decorations. By the end, you'll have the skills to design and sew your own creative textile pieces.
The class is designed to be fun and interactive, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get feedback on your work. Plus, you’ll be learning alongside a supportive community of fellow beginners.
