Day 1: Fundamentals of PLC Technology (8 hours)

Morning Session: Introduction to PLCs

Day 2: PLC Programming Basics (8 hours)

Morning Session: Ladder Logic Fundamentals

  • Overview of ladder logic programming
  • Logic symbols and their meanings
  • Creating simple ladder logic programs

Afternoon Session: Input and Output Devices*

  • Input devices (sensors) and their interfacing
  • Output devices (actuators) and control
  • Practical exercises: Configuring inputs and outputs in a PLC program

Day 3: Advanced PLC Concepts (8 hours)

Morning Session: Timers and Counters

  • Understanding timers and their applications
  • Working with counters in PLC programs
  • Advanced timer and counter exercises

Afternoon Session: Practical Applications and Troubleshooting*

  • Real-world applications of PLCs in industry
  • Troubleshooting common PLC issues
  • Course conclusion.
