Teaching, learning and assessment approaches have been designed to promote the transfer of learning between modules and between academic and work-based activities. Teaching is normally delivered by a mixture of formal lectures, seminars, workshops, case studies and field visits supported by live project work. There are visiting lecturers from industry and you may additionally enjoy the opportunity to attend site visits and presentations given by employers and specialists. Assessment involves a combination of coursework, presentation exercises and examinations.
