You will learn how to build moves into programmes to deliver circuit style training sessions incorporating kettlebell techniques or how to simply work one to one with your client. This training is a fantastic addition to your Gym Instruction or Personal Training qualifications to offer an outstanding experience to your clients.

Careers & Progression
On successful completion of this course you can progress to a Level 3 Personal Training qualification or why not widen your skill base as an instructor applying for our Level 2 Group Exercise Instructing courses in Circuit Training, Studio Resistance Training, Indoor Cycling or Strength and Conditioning. Alternative pathways could be to our Level 3 Sport Massage.
