About the course
On this course you will be assessed regularly and will complete knowledge questions to demonstrate the required knowledge and skills for customer service.
Candidates need to pass every assessment criteria, which are descriptions of what the learner is expected to demonstrate. While completing this qualification, learners will develop the knowledge, understanding and essential skills employers look for in employees.
These range from skills such as team working, independent learning and problem solving in situations. You will develop knowledge on -

Assessment
On this course you will be assessed regularly and will complete knowledge questions to demonstrate your acquired knowledge and skills. For each unit a set of knowledge questions are issued as the formal assessment for that unit. You complete this through the online learning platform and receive written feedback from our expert tutor. There is the option to complete this paper based should it be required. You will need to pass all 7 units and ensure your answers to the questions meet the required assessment criteria.
Careers & Progression
Learners who successfully achieve this qualification could progress to; Employment having gained a recognised qualification. Further Facilitated learning courses such as Team Leading and Business Administration. Further upskilling in essential digital skills.
