About the course
This course has been developed to support learners with the skills they need to apply for entry level positions in Customer Service.
On this course you will gain the core skills required for these jobs which inlcudes, word processing, business communications, customer service skills and sales skills in retail.
The course will run over eight days during a two week window so you can develop these skills quickly to focus on applying for jobs.
On this course we will support you with the skills required to apply for jobs in this sector which will include CV writing and job application skills.
We are delievering this course in September and April so you can develop the skills in preparation for the busy times of Christmas and Summer in this sector.
