About the course
This course has been developed in college to support learners with the skills they need to apply for entry level positions in Retail. On this course you will gain the core skills required for these jobs which includes customer service skills, customer service in retail, the retail selling process and working in a team. The course will run over eight days during a two week window so you can develop these skills quickly and focus on applying for jobs. On this course we will support you with the skills required to apply for jobs in this sector which will include CV writing and job application skills. We have scheduled this course to run in September and April prior to the busy times in this sector which are Christmas and Summer.
