Following a career change from corporate finance, Sabah decided to pursue her teaching training to follow her passion to be a role model and leader for young people.

Sabah decided BCUC would be the place for her after hearing so many positive recommendations for the course. Upon entering the campus and experiencing its welcoming atmosphere, exceptional facilities and attentive staff, she knew there was no better place for her to study.

After embarking on a placement in A Levels at Burnley College, she knew this was the job for her. Since performing so well in her studies and placements, not only has Sabah achieved an Academic Award for Excellence, she’s also successfully applied for a role as a Criminology and Sociology lecturer at Burnley College.

Sabah hopes to continue her personal and professional development as a Burnley College teacher, and has since recommended the course to plenty of other aspiring teachers.
