We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide secretarial, personal assistance and support to members of the Principalship to enable them to carry out the strategic management of the College.
Your responsibilities will include providing support to Central Administration for cross-college events, working collaboratively with all team members. In addition to supporting allocated members of the Senior Management Team, you will also coordinate and facilitate a range of projects for other SMT members as directed by the Principalship.
You will have a good general education with demonstrable skills in English and computer qualifications such as ECDL, ITQ or equivalent.
The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and in depth, accurate IT skills are essential for the role.
The salary for this post is up to £27,128
