A New Stage For Young Performers! Burnley College Launches BC Juniors Dance Academy

Burnley College is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its brand new BC Juniors Dance Academy.

The launch event is set to take place on Saturday 2 March from 10 till 1pm at Fitness Evolution, Burnley College’s onsite Strength and Conditioning gym.

This dynamic academy offers an exciting opportunity for children aged 5-11 years to explore their passion for dance and performing arts.

The academy promises to provide a nurturing environment where young performers can develop their skills in various dance styles, including Street Dance, Gym & Acro Dance, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and Musical Theatre.

The launch event will give participants a taste of what the academy has to offer, with a schedule packed full of diverse dance classes.

Parents are also invited to stay, enjoy free refreshments, and observe the myriad of opportunities that Burnley College Performing Arts Division provides. Free parking is available for all attendees.

Here’s a sneak peek into the first day’s schedule:

10:00 – 10:30 am: BC Babies (A bit of everything…)
10:30 – 11:00 am: Street Dance
11:00 – 11:30 am: Gym & Acro Dance
11:30 – 12:00 pm: Ballet
12:00 – 12:30 pm: Contemporary Dance
12:30 – 1:00 pm: Musical Theatre

The best part? The first day is entirely FREE! After the launch, classes are affordably priced at just £2.50 per session.
