Team GB Wrestling Star to Share his Expertise with Burnley College Students
Team GB Wrestling star Charlie Bowling will be coaching Students at Fitness Evolution, Burnley College’s onsite training provider, elite gym and spa.
The 24-year-old Commonwealth bronze-winning star from Wigan will been passing on his passion to learners who themselves want to become coaches.
Charlie, from Wigan, started wrestling at just six years old and has won multiple British Championships throughout his competitive career.
Throughout lockdown Charlie used the outdoor spaces on his farm to turn the ban on indoor training into a vibrant community of people who wanted to remain at peak fitness level.
This innovation led to the development of the hugely successful “Farmer Strong” – his personal training business.
His vast experience in coaching will allow him to demonstrate to Students multiple different levels of sports coaching for a wide variety of different sports. They will also discover how he used his passion and determination to build his personal training business.
