Our brilliant Musical Theatre and Dance students took to the stage alongside English pop band and 90s chart-toppers, East 17, who headlined a recent Music Festival at Colne Cricket Club.
Supporting the headline acts was a host of live entertainment, helping to make the event a spectacular occasion.
This marked one of the first major public performances of the new academic year for our students, giving them the opportunity to perform at a large-scale live event in the local area.
Curriculum Manager for Dance, Performing Arts and Music, Samantha Allen said:
“The tutors and I are incredibly proud of our students, who brought energy, commitment and professionalism to their performances at Colne Cricket Club Music Festival.
“Taking their work beyond the College and into a live festival setting gave them valuable experience of adapting to a different performance environment, working together and building their confidence as performers.”
