GALLERY: Burnley College Stars Shine Bright for Pendleside Hospice

Burnley College Sixth Form students took centre stage, delivering and capturing a stunning opening performance for the much-anticipated “Pendleside Does Strictly” fundraising event. Their exceptional talent and dedication helped kick off a spectacular evening in support of Pendleside Hospice.

Our gifted dancers captivated the audience with a high-energy routine, the result of weeks of intense rehearsals and creative choreography. Their polished and professional performance set an incredible standard for the night, showcasing the high calibre of talent nurtured within our Level 3 Performing Arts and Dance programmes.

The students’ involvement was a highlight of the event, which raises vital funds for the hospice.

Behind the scenes, our skilled Level 3 Media students were also hard at work. They expertly managed the photography and videography for the entire evening, capturing every sparkling moment with professional flair. This hands-on experience provided them with an invaluable opportunity to apply their learning in a real-world, fast-paced event environment.

We are immensely proud of all the students involved who showcased their outstanding skills while demonstrating a powerful commitment to supporting our local community and a truly deserving cause.

Do you see yourself on the stage? Or would you love to capture events like this?
