About the course
The VTCT Level 3 Certificate Technical Specialist in Sports Massage Therapy is the first step of your training for a career as a Sport Massage Therapist, either employed or self-employed.This qualification has been specifically designed for the 19 plus age group and is based on the national occupational standards for massage. The course is part time, and allows candidates to change or enhance their career without the need to end full time employment. Training will be one day a week in college and there will be an element of home study, including research assignments and practicing practical skills.Training will be delivered in the new Beauty & Wellbeing Spa facilities, which includes massage suite and cryotherapy chamber.
