About the course

This programme examines working around 4Cs – communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity. The sessions will reflect the topic area – e.g. creativity will use different techniques to show applicable ways to bring different ideas into the organisation. The highly interactive sessions are aimed at introducing 3 different tools each week based around the C chosen. The sessions will introduce the techniques, then ask the participants to apply them to real life scenarios. The output will be 3 techniques each session building to create a toolbox for inspiring leaders.
