Group work and practical sessions will cover a wide range of topics including: Monitor and maintain health and safety Maintain and develop personal performance Maintain the health of sports turf Maintain the condition of sports turf Renovate and repair sports surfaces Use and maintain pedestrian controlled powered equipment Prepare and operate a tractor and attachments Prepare ground for seeding and planting

A minimum of two GCSEs at Grade 5 or above. Applicants must be hardworking, reliable and motivated. As part of the interview process, Apprentices will undertake a BKSB assessment in English, Mathematics and ICT. Applicants who do not meet the exact entry requirements but hold relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants who do not meet the exact entry requirements may also be considered.
Asessment takes place as observations.
