Due to our commitment to enhancing the student journey, we are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our Student Experience team as Student Experience & Learner Voice Officer.

With a good general education including 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade C/4, and educated to Level 3 or above, you will lead and coordinate learner voice, enrichment, and personal development opportunities across the College.

Though further training will be given, you will already have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of students and staff, engage, motivate and inspire young people, and organise, plan and deliver events and activities. You will understand how to gather and analyse learner feedback to inform quality improvement and have strong organisational, time management and IT skills.

The salary for this post is up to £25,375.
