We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Progress and Development Tutor to join our successful Maths and English team. This is an exciting opportunity to support learners in achieving their full potential through improved engagement, attendance and academic progress.

Working closely with teaching staff, parents, carers and external agencies, you will play a key role in removing barriers to learning and supporting students to develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed to succeed. Through targeted interventions, pastoral support and effective progress monitoring, you will help ensure every learner feels motivated, valued and supported throughout their educational journey.

The successful candidate will be qualified to at least Level 3, with English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or above. You will have experience of working with young people and/or within an educational setting and possess excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills. A coaching, mentoring or Mental Health First Aid qualification would be advantageous, although training opportunities are available.
