As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will deliver and assess a range of Advanced and Pre-Advanced vocational programmes, ensuring an excellent learning experience and high levels of student achievement and progression. You will plan and evaluate effective teaching, provide tutorial and pastoral support, accurately monitor and assess student work, and contribute to curriculum development and the sharing of best practice across the College.

You will also support student recruitment and admissions, maintain high-quality records, contribute to College activities and ensure compliance with key policies including safeguarding, equality, health and safety and the Student Code of Conduct. A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining high professional standards is essential.

The salary for this post is up to £40,665.
