We are seeking an efficient and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our busy Human Resources function. Working as part of the wider People, Payroll and Organisational Development team, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and trusted Employee Relations service to managers and staff across the College.
Our team is passionate about supporting colleagues in delivering an outstanding service to our learners. You will work closely with HR colleagues and managers across the College to provide practical advice, guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and College policies.
You will hold a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) and have up-to-date, practical knowledge of UK employment legislation. You will have experience delivering a trusted and effective employee relations service and will be comfortable working with HR, payroll or recruitment systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
The salary for this post is up to £33,290 (depending on experience)
