Burnley College is seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and highly motivated Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) Coordinator to join our Additional Learning Support team.
You will play a key role in ensuring learners with identified needs receive appropriate examination access arrangements, enabling them to achieve their full potential in an inclusive and supportive environment. You will coordinate the identification, assessment and implementation of exam access arrangements, ensuring full compliance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and awarding body requirements.
Working collaboratively with curriculum staff, tutors, Learning Support colleagues, the Examinations Team and external awarding organisations, you will coordinate access arrangement referrals and assessments, maintain accurate learner records, monitor compliance, manage application deadlines and provide guidance to staff on access arrangement processes. You will also contribute to quality assurance activities, monitor learner outcomes and help ensure every learner receives their approved arrangements consistently across internal and external assessments.
The salary for this post is up to £31,266
