Due to continued growth within Additional Learning Support, we are seeking an EHCP Funding and Compliance Officer to support the effective management, monitoring and administration of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and High Needs Funding across the College.

As an EHCP Funding and Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that learners with additional needs receive appropriate support whilst maintaining full compliance with Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), Local Authority and statutory requirements. You will coordinate the administration and monitoring of EHCPs, maintain accurate and auditable learner records, and support the preparation and monitoring of High Needs Funding claims.

The role will involve monitoring and reporting on learner attendance, retention, achievement, progress and progression data, supporting quality assurance activities, undertaking audits of learner files and funding documentation, and contributing to the development of systems and procedures that ensure effective learner tracking and performance monitoring. You will work closely with colleagues across the College to support positive learner outcomes and ensure all funding activity is compliant and inspection-ready.

The salary for this post is up to £33,290
