This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Burnley College through its people, culture and central services.
We are looking for an exceptional senior leader to drive our people agenda, leading culture, capability and workforce strategy to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Principal/CEO to influence organisational direction, build a high-performing culture and ensure we attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.
Alongside leading HR, you will also oversee Central Services and Management Information Systems, ensuring efficient, high-quality, customer-focused services that underpin teaching, learning and business performance.
You will lead strategic workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, reward and wellbeing, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement. You will also play a critical role in governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement across the college and wider sector.
