Due to ongoing development within our support teams, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Central Services Apprentice to provide essential administrative and operational support across the College.
As a Central Services Apprentice, you will assist with a range of administrative duties, including processing data related to students’ applications, exams, and attendance, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will support the organisation of college events such as awards evenings and parents’ evenings, as well as providing cover for reception and switchboard services when required.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic college environment, developing your skills in administration, customer service, and team working.
The ideal candidate will have a good general education, including a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. You should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering excellent support to students and staff. Enthusiasm for further education and a proactive approach to professional development are also essential.
The salary for this post is up to £15,433.
