Unleashing their full potential – Burnley College Students toast success at Adult and University Celebration Event
Adult Learners and University Students at Burnley College celebrated their much-deserved success after achieving outstanding results in their chosen courses.
More than 75 remarkable Adult Learners enjoyed an event full of reflection and recognition for their hard work and individual academic excellence.
Humera Khan, Head of Maths and English says:
It is always a privilege to celebrate with so many outstanding leaners.
What I’m most proud of as a College is the friendly and supportive relationships we foster between Tutors and Learners.
It allows for a much more self-directed and personalised approach. If you empower people around their own learning It enables them to obtain greater achievements and reach their personal goals more quickly and with more confidence.
As a College we are always taking opportunities to build futures and change lives through study.
Among the attendees were students of subjects as diverse as Accounting to Advanced Welding. Digital Skills to Sport and Fitness.
