About the course

What will be covered? Organisations and Projects Structure, Project Life Cycles, Situational Context of projects, Communication, Principles of Leadership and Teamwork, Planning for Success, Project Scope Management, Schedule and resource optimisation, Project Procurement, Risk and Issue Management in context, Quality in projects. 

Content will be taught over 6 weeks on the 7 week the exam will be taken. 

Entry Requirements

Have 2-3 years prior experience of project management or hold the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).

Careers & Progression

Opportunity to progress onto a L6 Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (subject to meeting entry criteria) or other business courses offered at the college.
