About the course

This 2 Day course is accredited by the (MHFA) Mental Health first aid England. The course will teach you how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experience poor mental health. You will be able to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis- and even potentially stop a crisis form happening. You will learn to recognised warning signs of all mental ill health and develop skills and confidence to be able to support someone while keeping yourself safe. This course will also help you in how to empower someone to access the support they might need for recovery and successful management of symptoms. You will learn the hot spots to be able to refer that individual to the right person in the organisation or externally.
