About the course
This course will teach you a range of exercises involving the use of a mini resistance band. Each exercise has 3 levels, Level 1 being an introductory level, Level 2 intermediate, and Level 3 advanced. Information is provided on the use of mini bands, including benefits, key muscle groups activated, and recommended set/rep ranges.

Equipment that you will need is a laptop or computer to be able to access our google classroom. You will need to access the course through GOOGLE CHROME. You will also need a suitable area clear of obstruction and your own exercise band.
