About the course
This specialist two-day course has been designed to be an introduction to using Sage Bookkeeping and Accounting software. It will enable you to get to grips with the basic principles of setting up and using Sage Bookkeeping and Accounting Software. The course has been developed and will take the mystery out of accountancy. This course will help you learn how to accurately manage your customer and supplier’s details, process invoices, sales, deal with petty cash and bank payments and reconciliations, produce financial reports and manage the business’s VAT records - all through practical, step by step learning. The course is lead by our in-house industry experts who will deliver professionally recongnised SAGE Bookkeeping and Accounting skills. The course is open to individuals who are working and those who are not in current paid employment wishing to upskills.

No formal assessments will take place, assessment will be in the form of a portfolio being created to clearly demonstrate skills and knowledge within this field. Our qualified Industry Trained Lecturers will assess all portfolio work submitted with formal feedback evidencing achievement against SAGE Accounting standards.

On successful completion of this course you may progress to a Foundation Certificate in Accountancy. You may then progress to the Advanced and Professional AAT qualifications or even university courses.
