About the course

Would you like to be more confident when ordering food, asking for directions or using public transport when you travel to Spain? Do you want to develop your skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish? Do you enjoy Spanish culture and want to find out more? This course focuses on speaking and listening to as much Spanish as possible in order to improve your comprehension skills and your vocabulary naturally. It has been designed to be fun and beginner-friendly, helping you build up your confidence and competence in everyday situations. Topics will include: Introducing yourself and others, Greetings and farewells, Ordering drinks, snacks and meals, Shopping for food, Tourist information, Finding your way in a town, Going to the doctor, Using public transport, Some basic grammar

The course runs on a Thursday evening 7-8:30pm starting on Thursday 21/09/23 and finishing 23/05/24

Beginners with basic “Una cerveza, por favor” experience are welcome on this user-friendly course.

Assessment

Learners will be assessed informally. There are a number of tasks that students can try out in order to check their improvement.
