Joshua, 21 from Tomorden, formerly of Todmorden High School completed an Accounting Apprenticeship with ESP Play.

A forward-thinking and ambitious individual, Josh has made an difference in his organisation. Described by his employer as ‘having a positive attitude to learning’ and a ‘willingness to stepping out of his comfort zone’ has drove him forward to excel in his role and develop key skills every day – making him a deserved finalist for the Platinum Award at our Themis Inspire & Achieve Awards.

This role gave Josh the opportunity to take part in an internal Professional Development Academy, which covered professional modules on leadership and management – certainly solidifying him as a #FutureBoss.
