BC_Quotation

I didn’t have the confidence for degree level study when I was younger, but now I’ve proved my younger self wrong. My degree has been such an uplifting experience and I can’t believe how much I’ve grown.

After working as a self employed nail and beauty therapist throughout her life, Jemma decided that BCUC was the place for her to kickstart her dream career as a Psychology Wellbeing Practitioner.

After studying GCSE Maths and English at Burnley College, Jemma took the next step in furthering her passion for people and their wellbeing by studying for her degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Jemma’s dedication to developing her knowledge and skills led her to achieve an Academic Excellence Award at the 2023 Graduation Ceremony.

Having achieved her degree, Jemma will now pursue her dream career as a Psychology Wellbeing Practitioner, and is considering developing her skills further by pursuing a masters degree.
