There is an exciting new opportunity for an IT technician apprentice to join the P3 Computer Solutions tam at their offices in Burnley.

Duties/main responsibilties include:

Daily duties within the role include:

• Onsite + Remote IT Support
• Hardware / Software installation, configuration, support, servicing and diagnosis
• Windows Server / Active Directory / Group policy
• Office 365 / Hosted Emails / Azure AD
• Windows Server, Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux and iOS/MacOS
• Wired and Wireless Infrastructure + Diagnostics
• Apple Management, Apple School Manager
• Managed Antivirus
•  Managed internet, firewall, filtering and monitoring
• VPN / Remote Desktop Software
• Email Support + Migration
• SharePoint Support + Migration

Working week

Monday – Friday

9am – 5:30pm
